Job summary

Motor Technology, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Electromechanical Field Service Technician to perform on-site service, repair and alignment of industrial motors and rotating equipment.

Located within the United States, the role offers a weekly pay schedule and overtime opportunities. You will diagnose and repair equipment, balance and align components, and collect diagnostic data while maintaining accurate service records and communicating with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience with industrial electromechanical rotating equipment.
• Millwright experience and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install and maintain industrial electromechanical equipment at customer sites.
• Review work orders, perform tests, inspect components and determine repairs.
• Replace worn parts, perform laser alignments and dynamic balancing.
• Collect vibration data and verify equipment operation post-repair.
• Document service activities and communicate effectively with customers.
