Motor Technology, Inc. is seeking an Electromechanical Field Service Technician to perform on-site service, repair, alignment, balancing, and troubleshooting of industrial motors and rotating equipment.

You will diagnose and fix equipment at customer sites, review work orders, collect vibration data, and ensure systems operate post-repair. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, 3+ years of rotating equipment experience, and strong mechanical and computer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Valid driver's license.
• 3+ years of experience with industrial electromechanical rotating equipment.
• Millwright experience.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Possess own tools and toolbox.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain industrial electromechanical equipment at customer sites.
• Review work orders and conduct equipment tests.
• Inspect components and determine repair solutions.
• Replace worn parts and perform laser alignments and dynamic balancing.
• Collect vibration readings and verify equipment operation after repair.
• Use specialized repair equipment and maintain service documentation.
• Operate lifting equipment safely and communicate results to customers.
