Job summary

CBX Solutions is seeking an Electromechanical Automatic Opening Installer to install, service, and maintain automatic door systems across diverse facilities. You will read drawings, wire low‑voltage systems, and ensure ADA compliance while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Occasional travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience installing, servicing, or maintaining automatic door systems or related electromechanical equipment.
• Basic understanding of low-voltage electrical systems and wiring practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, wiring diagrams, and shop drawings.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot automatic door systems and electrified hardware.
• Follow architectural drawings and project specs for accurate installations.
• Coordinate with trades to ensure proper installation and operation.
• Perform startup, testing, and commissioning of door systems.
• Maintain safety practices and document service findings.
