Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2–5 years hands-on electromechanical experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP in production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate, and test electromechanical systems following blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions; operate production and test equipment.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes; drive company vehicles and trailers as required.
• Complete production work orders, checklists, test reports, and forms with accuracy.
• Build technical skills through on‑the‑job learning and cross‑training with senior technicians.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support project success.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and quality; resolve quality/technical issues with cross‑functional teams.
• Uphold industry standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
