Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated from a degree/certificate in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related field.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly, integration, and testing of UAS components and systems.
• Support production activities and on-going projects in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Prepare, organize, and stage materials, components, tools, and equipment.
• Follow drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and other teams to support objectives.
