Job summary

Petroleum Analyzer Company, LP is seeking a hands-on Technician I to load, operate polishing equipment, and perform light assembly of heater tube products under supervision. You will verify parts against quality standards and document production results.

The role involves building sub-assemblies, installing pneumatic lines, wiring harnesses, and performing leak checks and final tests. You will support new product introductions and rotate across lines as needed.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in electronics or related field preferred; military training considered.
• 3+ years in electromechanical assembly, instrumentation, testing, or field service.

Responsibilities

• Build, wire, and test electromechanical sub-assemblies per drawings and instructions.
• Fabricate and install pneumatic tubing and verify leaks and pressure per spec.
• Install wiring harnesses, solder/desolder, and verify continuity and wiring against schematics.
• Perform functional and final testing; troubleshoot faults to module level.
• Support new product introduction with feedback to Engineering.
• Rotate across production lines and assist with maintenance of test fixtures.
