Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and process flow diagrams.
• Pneumatic systems experience, including compression and tube fittings, regulators, solenoid and manual valves, leak detection.
• Electrical experience: harness building, terminations, soldering, testing with basic electronic tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, wire, and test electromechanical sub-assemblies and finished products to drawings and instructions.
• Fabricate and install pneumatic tubing, fittings, regulators, valves, and manifolds; perform leak checks.
• Install and terminate wiring harnesses; perform soldering; verify wiring against schematics.
• Perform functional and final testing; troubleshoot faults to module level; document results.
• Support new product introduction by assembling pilot units and providing feedback to Engineering.
