Job summary

The role covers assembling to IPC-standard test readiness and PCBA setup. You will read drawings, operate test equipment, and verify product performance, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency in a high-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work often with others in a team environment.

• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, configure, wire, and fabricate wiring and mechanical parts per blueprints.
• Set up and operate PCBA equipment and test equipment per IPC standards.
• Read drawings to assemble cabinets and wire components.
• Test products to ensure performance requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Assist with safety and overtime as needed.
