HindlePower, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join the ATevo Battery Chargers production team on-site in Easton. You will perform wire harness assembly, hand soldering, magnetics winding, and subassembly building, learning multiple stations through our certification program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with your hands.
• Strong attention to detail. Our products go into substations, and there is no acceptable margin for a bad connection.
• Basic computer skills.
• Assembly experience is a plus. It is not required.

Responsibilities

• Read job travelers and electrical prints and build to spec.
• Catch problems before they move downstream. Checking your own work is part of the work here, not somebody else's job later.
• Tell us when you see a better way to do something.
• Work at a station, on your feet, doing detailed work with your hands.
• Start on one station and pick up others over time.
