Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking an assembler to build and test low and high-voltage electrical and mechanical assemblies. You will read schematics, use hand and power tools, and assemble load centers, transformers, and panels according to blueprints and instructions.

Responsibilities include wiring, termination, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure quality. Must have 1–3 years’ experience, NEC familiarity, and a High School diploma or equivalent; shift is 7AM–3PM with a pay rate of

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical assemblies.
• Experience with load center wiring or electrical enclosures and NEC knowledge.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and reading wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components per schematics and instructions.
• Assemble load centers, terminate wiring, and wire distribution panels.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies to ensure quality and function.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Record assembly procedures and address design issues per drawings.
