Job summary

The Panther Group is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler to build large, complex equipment used in security and inspection systems. You will read schematics, wire components, and assemble hardware with engineering teams to ensure high quality and safety.

You will work on large-scale systems, performing crimping, torqueing, and troubleshooting while maintaining accurate records. A 6-month contract with potential extension is offered to a team player who values precision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Strong mechanical assembly experience with large equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams and BOMs.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assemble large electromechanical equipment, wiring, and electrical connections.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings and assembly instructions.
• Install and torque components to specs; perform drilling, tapping, and crimping.
• Inspect assemblies, perform tests, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve challenges.
• Follow work instructions; maintain production records and BOM verification.
• Assist with inventory control and prioritization for on-time delivery.
• Help train and guide other assemblers when needed.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards, including work outdoors or at heights.
