Job summary

The Panther Group is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler II to join our growing manufacturing team in Massachusetts. You will build and assemble complex electro-mechanical, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems used in highly regulated products, reading wiring diagrams and drawings with precision.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work from written instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, torque tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex subassemblies and finished products per work instructions, drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Perform point-to-point wiring and electrical panel assembly as required.
• Integrate electrical and mechanical components into finished assemblies.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues using established procedures.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and measuring equipment to ensure quality.
• Make basic testing and calibration when needed.
• Document production activities and maintain traceability.
