Job summary

The Panther Group is hiring for multiple Electromechanical Assembler positions in and around the Westborough, MA area. You will work under varying supervision to assemble electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic products, following written procedures, BOMs, wiring diagrams, and drawings to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include building, wiring, integrating, and troubleshooting assemblies, collaborating with Engineering and Quality Assurance, and learning new builds while maintaining high

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Previous assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, wiring diagrams, BOMs.
• Experience with PC hardware and software installation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow written work instructions and BOMs to assemble products.
• Assemble electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components.
• Assemble electrical panels, boxes, chassis, and power supplies.
• Perform point-to-point wiring per diagrams and specs.
• Integrate subassemblies into finished products.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues with engineering and QA.
• Learn new builds and transfer knowledge to the team.
• Maintain workmanship and comply with procedures.
• Work independently or in teams of 2–8.
