You will follow computer-based work instructions, use MES (42Q), perform quality checks, and collaborate with senior technicians. Training lasts during the initial period; daily stand-ups at 7:00 AM support prioritization.

Qualifications

• Experience with electromechanical sub-assembly.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting electronic devices.
• Ability to follow detailed computer-based work instructions.
• Experience using a MES to enter data and track tasks.
• Proficiency with hand and small power tools.
• Familiarity with wiring and harness assembly.
• Willingness to work 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical subassemblies following build plans.
• Use MES 42Q to open work instructions and document steps.
• Perform mechanical and wire harness assembly for modules and PCBAs.
• Connect wires and harnesses to modules and PCBAs according to specs.
• Install firmware onto PCBAs and load programs.
• Conduct functional testing and verify device operation.
• Troubleshoot failures, perform repairs, and re-test.
• Document verification steps in MES.
• Perform quality checks on assembled subassemblies.
• Use oscilloscope for testing and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve issues.
• Attend daily 7:00 AM stand-up meetings.
