Job summary

Now hiring: Electromechanical Assembler in Monrovia, CA. Pay rate is $20.00 per hour with a 6:00 am – 2:30 pm shift. Staffmark invites qualified candidates to assemble UPS-related products, inspect work, and contribute to safe and efficient factory operations.

Role requires basic education and assembly experience; you will read drawings, work with BOMs, and use hand and power tools, including crimping and soldering. Competitive weekly pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related assembly experience
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and crimping tools
  • Knowledge of common hardware and assembly components

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and integrate UPS systems using engineering drawings, BOMs, and visual references.
  • Install wiring, cabling, PCB boards, and hardware components.
  • Perform crimping and soldering as required.
  • Verify incoming materials and ensure correct components are used.
  • Route wiring and complete assemblies according to specifications.
  • Follow written, verbal, and visual work instructions.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting production goals.
