Job summary

Manpower is hiring an Electromechanical Assembler in Elk River, MN to support assembly operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will read blueprints, follow procedures, and work with a team to meet production goals.

Ideal candidates have HS/GED, 1–2 years in assembly or manufacturing, strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and good communication. Day shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with pay rate of $23.16/hour and benefits after the waiting period.

Qualifications

• HS/GED completion required or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• 1–2 years in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
• Good communication and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler

Location: Elk River, MN

Pay Range: $23.16/hour

Shift:7:00AM - 3:00PM; Monday - Friday
