Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is looking for an ElectroMechanical Assembly Technician in Durham, North Carolina. The role involves fabricating and assembling mechanical and electronic components, ensuring quality through inspection and testing.

Candidates must interpret blueprints, work with hand and power tools, and possess a high school diploma or GED. Experience with Lean manufacturing and electronic assembly is advantageous. This is a contract-hire position with working hours from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Lean manufacturing, CAD/CAM, soldering, and electronics assembly are a plus.
  • Must be computer savvy and have a high school diploma or GED.

Job description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a CNC Manufacturer who is looking for an ElectroMechanical Assembly Technician to join their team. This is a contract-hire position working 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities
  1. ElectroMechanical Assembler will fabricate, assemble, test, inspect, and package mechanical and electronic components
  2. Assembler will build, test, and verify electrical or electronic equipment
  3. Assembler will adjust, repair, or replace mechanical or electrical components for each assembly
  4. Assembler will use hand and power tools to assemble product
  5. Assembler will use test and measurement tools to assemble product
Requirements
  1. Candidates must be able to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, assembly documents, and parts list
  2. Candidates with experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S, CAD/CAM, soldering, electronics assembly, or forklift operation is a plus
  3. Candidates must be computer savvy
  4. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED
