Job summary

The Boeing Company in Everett, WA seeks an Electromagnetic Effects Design and Analysis Engineer (Experienced/Career/Expert) to develop and validate E3 requirements and architectures for complex aerospace platforms. You will conduct tests to verify designs against EMI/EMC, HIRF, P‑static, EMP, and related environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; U.S. citizenship may be required.
• Familiarity with RF isolation, shielding, grounding, and filtering concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade studies, modeling, and simulations to predict performance and optimize E3 designs.
• Work to achieve electromagnetic compatibility of electronics, wiring, and structure.
• Interface with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure system-level compatibility and report progress to management.
