The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-sufficient hands‑on engineer with a solid background in electronics testing or electromagnetic interference testing, effective operations and testing leadership, and operations and maintenance experience with complex electronic test equipment. Knowledge and skills in electrical, electronic, electromagnetic test methods, test automation, and demonstrated strength in leadership and management of test tasks and test teams.
The ideal candidate will be working on space research payloads and launch support equipment. Testing will be conducted in both laboratory and field environments. Discussion of test results and implementation of mitigations will occur with customers ranging from operations engineers to Chief Engineers.
