Required qualifications include a Bachelor's in Chemical/Industrial Engineering, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and 5+ years in chemical manufacturing with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Experience leading production supervisors or managers (2+ years).
• Strong knowledge of chemical production processes, quality control, and EHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet output targets and on-time delivery.
• Oversee production stages: purification, formulation, mixing, and quality inspection.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
