The EEG Technologist: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm (no weekends required)
Pay Range: $25.12 - $40.19
(Actual offer rates are based upon the applicant’s relevant job experience and the requirements of the position)
Performs routine and complex encephalographic (EEG), neurodiagnostic procedures utilizing various monitoring equipment and recording observations to collect diagnostic patient data used in detecting brain and cardiovascular disorders. Participates in facility and departmental process improvement initiatives as may be required.

Education - Bachelor’s Degree in a health related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, preceptor training with competency validation in a neurodiagnostic educational program. Associates degree in allied health or natural sciences and five (5) years as an EEG Technician acceptable.
Experience: 1 year of clinical or EEG experience.
Certification and Licensure - Certification by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic Technologies is desired but not required. BLS certification through American Heart Association.
