Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to support high-quality electrode production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will operate automated equipment, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot issues, and work with teams to meet safety and quality standards.

The role features a 2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am) with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to continuous improvement in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing or automated equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
• Reliable, with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated electrode manufacturing equipment.
• Set up, start, adjust, and troubleshoot Autoline equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and in-process quality checks.
• Load raw materials and components into production equipment.
• Identify, document, and communicate equipment malfunctions and quality concerns.
• Complete production documentation, batch records, and electronic transactions accurately.
• Conduct line clearances and assist with product changeovers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per GMP and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and workflow.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
