Job summary

Responsibilities include leading lab and field testing, assembling pilot systems, modeling performance, and preparing documentation. The role requires strong electrochemical knowledge, hands-on testing skills, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Chemical engineering degree required.
• 5–15 years in product or process development, lab testing, or pilot-scale environments.
• Hands-on experience with electrochemical test systems and safety.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of new concepts and developments to create differentiated, cost-effective products.
• Lead lab and field testing for electrochemical treatment, separation, and regeneration processes.
• Design and operate bench- and pilot-scale electrochemical test systems and equipment.
• Define operating windows and scale concepts to pilot facilities for testing.
• Analyze data, develop models, and prepare technical specifications and documentation.
• Apply HSE and reliability principles and assist in design reviews and quality.
• Mentor engineers and guide technicians in safe laboratory and pilot operations.
• Provide field and customer support to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Write technical reports, papers, and presentations for knowledge sharing.
