Job summary

SubCom is seeking a Quality Specialist III (Repeater Tester) in Newington, NH to perform detailed electro-optical tests on repeaters and sub-assemblies within a clean-room environment. You will generate incident reports, coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental requirements.

Ideal candidates have a strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in optical and electronic testing preferred.
• Must pass a job-related written test.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Performs electro-optical tests on sub-assemblies, assemblies and repeaters.
• Generates incident reports to track non-conformances in testing.
• Interfaces with manufacturing and quality departments.
• Follows safety guidelines and maintains clean room practices.
• Contributes to 5S and process-improvement initiatives.
