Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA, is seeking a Manufacturing Test Technician to perform testing operations within the assigned area and interpret work orders and engineering drawings.

You will calibrate and adjust units, perform automated and manual testing, document non-conformances, and support continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to OSHA and Crane policy. This is a full-time onsite role requiring 1–3 years in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in a highly regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or repair product flow and basic IT systems.
• Ability to learn new test software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing operations and interpret results.
• Create non-conformance reports with root-cause notes.
• Calibrate and adjust units and perform calculations.
• Conduct automated and manual tests to spec and document findings.
• Adhere to OSHA and Crane policy; support CBS initiatives.
