Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate with at least 5 years of related electrical/mechanical experience.
• Associates degree in electrical/mechanical engineering can substitute for 5 years of experience.
• Ability to read schematics and follow pneumatic, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of advanced tasks using mechanical and electronic test equipment.
• Troubleshoot, test, repair or tune mechanical and electronic systems including doors and hydraulic brakes.
• Respond to customer telephone calls and ensure assignments meet time standards.
• Fill test reports and communicate pending job information accurately.
• Maintain a clean testing area and follow electrical safety practices.
• Operate electrical testing instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, megger, etc.).
• Work in 3 weeks first shift and 3 weeks second shift.
