Job summary

Adecco is hiring Engineering Technicians for a role in East Austin, TX, with starting pay of $22.00-$26.50/hr. The position involves testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electro‑mechanical systems, using schematics and technical instructions.

You will solder, diagnose faults, and report findings while collaborating across teams. We offer weekly pay, competitive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)), and a $1,500 sign-on bonus with milestones after 90 and 180 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience with an AS degree or similar in Electronics Technology, or a BSEET with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, troubleshooting systems, and software including MS Office, Oracle Manufacturing, and PDM.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electro‑mechanical systems using schematics, diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Soldering, diagnostics, fault isolation, technical reporting, system testing, cross-functional collaboration.
• Support junior technicians with advanced tasks.
