Qualifications

Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
Experience in an Electro-Mechanical Technician role or similar.
Strong grasp of mechanical and electrical system operations.
Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
Experience with diagnostic instruments and technical hardware.
Analytical mindset with high precision.
Good interpersonal skills for teamwork.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled maintenance and fix malfunctions in electro-mechanical units.
Identify electrical and mechanical faults to keep machinery running at peak efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering staff to improve reliability and output.
