Job summary

Dematic Corp. in Minden, NV seeks an Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 2 to perform day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on material handling equipment. This role is on the day shift, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Wednesday through Saturday, at the Minden, NV location.

Responsibilities include repairing and maintaining MHE, completing PM routines, documenting work, and coordinating parts and labor in the asset management system while building strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment a plus.
• Able to follow preventive maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain material handling equipment (MHE), including belt tracking and lubrication.
• Perform preventive maintenance routines and document procedures.
• Build and close work orders in the asset management system with data such as labor hours and parts used.
• Troubleshoot basic conveyance problems and identify solutions.
• Locate and supervise spare parts from inventory.
• Respond to semi-complex service calls and address equipment faults.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships across the organization.
