Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Fremont, CA is seeking an Engineering Tech I to support technology and manufacturing engineering. You will assist with assembly, diagnostics, and testing of electro-mechanical subsystems, and develop tooling and fixtures using CAD software.

Responsibilities include drawing manufacturing layouts, creating BOMs, and participating in design reviews. A High School Diploma is required, with 5–7 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years electro-mechanical technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CAD systems and engineering documentation.
• Ability to read schematics, TC maps, and perform basic testing.

Responsibilities

• Support design, test, diagnostics, and modification of prototype systems.
• Create assembly drawings and Bills of Materials from models.
• Develop knowledge of engineering practices and CAD tooling.
• Perform testing and data collection to review experiments.
• Ensure compliance with GMP in assembly methods.
