Job summary

Sharp Services, LLC is seeking a maintenance-focused technician to support the setup, maintenance, and operation of high-speed packaging equipment in a cGMP production environment. You will troubleshoot electromechanical systems, calibrate sensors, and assist in training new operators while adhering to EHS guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining high-speed packaging equipment in a cGMP environment.
• Electromechanical troubleshooting skills and hands-on maintenance.
• Ability to train new machine operators and mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machine breakdowns with maintenance/engineering teams.
• Operate packaging equipment to support daily production activities.
• Perform preventive and on-demand maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Record data in process check sheets and update maintenance logs.
• Calibrate gauges, temperature controllers, thermocouples, and timers.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams on shared duties.
