Johnsonville is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for the 2nd shift in Sheboygan Falls, WI. You will maintain production equipment and utility systems, applying RCM techniques and collaborating with engineers on upgrades to keep lines running smoothly.
This hourly, full-time role offers a $7,250 bonus, a pay range of $34.43/hr - $44.62/hr plus a $1.50 shift premium, and opportunities to work on electrical controls, capital projects and SAP maintenance data.

We can’t do what we do best - make great-tasting sausage products - unless our equipment is reliably running at its best. Members of our maintenance team keep our machines, lines and facilities running. You and your teammates will be responsible for all production and industrial refrigeration equipment, as well as our electrical controls systems. You’ll also work closely with our engineers and production members to make important upgrades to our production machinery, as we innovate and grow the business.
Bonus: $7,250
Pay Range:$34.43/hr - $44.62/hr + $1.50 Shift Premium
You will be directly involved in the Reliability and Maintenance of the equipment and processes we use to produce our great tasting sausage. This position will not only be involved in maintaining current equipment, but it will allow you to apply Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) techniques and concepts on our way to helping Johnsonville become the "Best Company in the World."
