Qualifications

• Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to perform maintenance per cGMPs and change controls.
• Able to operate and troubleshoot electronic and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnose causes and repair equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain parts inventory.
• Support engineering projects with new equipment IQs and installations.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve reliability.
• Test circuits with oscilloscopes, signal generators, amps and voltmeters.
• Install and modify control panel wiring; work with PLCs and ladder logic.
• Train operators and assist with machine set-ups and operation.
