Job Overview:

Electro Mechanical Technician - Tucson, AZ

The Electro-Mechanical Technician at Keurig Dr Pepper will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving process and packaging equipment to maximize production while ensuring safety and quality standards. The role also involves enhancing maintenance procedures and manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.

Shift & Schedule:

This is a full-time position on our 3rd shift, 10:00pm to 6:30am, Monday-Friday. Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing and Food Safety practices.
• Analyze and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical problems.
• Wire control circuits.
• Teach mechanical skills to line operators for autonomous maintenance and setup.
• Fabricate, repair, and install piping systems.
• Learn welding and machining of metals, plastics, and composites.
• Fabricate or replicate parts for repairs.
• Perform changeovers and troubleshoot equipment.
• Identify root causes of failures and resolve them efficiently.
• Program minor changes in Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Contribute ideas for productivity and continuous improvement.

Rewards:

• Starting pay at $42.13/hour, increasing to $44.34/hour after 6 months.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical/PLC systems, specifically with Allen-Bradley.
• Ability to read complex instructions, schematics, and diagrams.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal skills, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
