Responsibilities:

1. Ensure operational excellence in service delivery, including Site Operations and Equipment Maintenance.
2. Monitor technical parameters, gather data, manage technical consumables inventory, and oversee equipment availability and status daily or per shift.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience and people management in Manufacturing or Commercial Facilities.
• At least 10 years of direct experience in Engineering, Site Operations, and Asset Maintenance & Management in manufacturing or large commercial portfolios.
• Building/Industrial Technician - NC II certification.
• Residing near Tanauan, Batangas, or within 1 hour travel to FPIP Client site.
• Highly technical with knowledge in Maintenance Engineering, Asset Management Systems, and Energy Management Systems.
• Experience in equipment maintenance planning, execution, and project management.
• Knowledge of Environment compliance and Occupational Health & Safety programs.
• Understanding of local regulatory compliance, permits, and licenses (MEPF & EHS).
