Position Summary

Assemble, test, maintain, or calibrate automated, servo‑mechanical or electro‑mechanical equipment. May perform complex electrical wiring and/or mechanical assembly of robotics equipment/machines.

Essential Functions
  • Assemble fabricated and purchased parts using assembly drawings and parts lists
  • Mechanical assembly requiring fitting, alignment and adjustments to close tolerances
  • Perform mechanical alterations
  • Use hand and power tools for assembly
  • Use of test equipment to perform functional testing
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings and electrical schematics/wiring diagrams
  • Test performance of electromechanical assemblies, using test instruments i.e. oscilloscopes and multimeters
  • Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams or technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly
  • Inspect parts for surface defects
  • Install electrical or electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies using hand tools
  • Verify part dimensions or clearances to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments

Benefits

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $26.00 to $35.00 US Dollar (USD) hourly based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
