Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test circuit cards and electro-mechanical systems according to specifications and work instructions
• Perform rework, modification, and repair of electronic assemblies
• Build cable assemblies
• Work with moldings and epoxies
• Build test fixtures and perform infrastructure alterations
• Operate standard laboratory test equipment and automated test systems
• Maintain accurate records of build information, anomalies, defects, and test data
• Contribute to workplace organization initiatives
• Provide feedback to manufacturing engineers on procedural improvements
• Support travel to test facilities as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience plus at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, datasheets, schematics, and instructions
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with electronics test equipment and hand tools
• Good attendance record and strong organizational skills
• IPC J-STD-001 Class 3, IPC-7711, and IPC-7721 certifications are a plus
