About the Role:

Are you a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician with a passion for problem-solving and keeping equipment running at peak performance? We're looking for a Level II Maintenance Technician to join our team and support our fast-paced manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll perform a wide range of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our production equipment.

This is a hands-on position where your expertise will directly contribute to reducing downtime, increasing productivity, and mentoring junior team members. If you're a proactive technician who thrives in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do (Role & Responsibilities):

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machinery
  • Conduct repairs, alignments, and equipment adjustments as needed
  • Test and maintain electrical systems using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and related tools
  • Interpret schematics, blueprints, and OEM manuals to complete tasks accurately
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records and document equipment performance
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement and process optimization projects
  • Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on proper maintenance procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards

What You Bring (Skills & Qualifications):

  • High School Diploma or GED (Technical degree )
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
  • Working knowledge of CMMS systems and basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to read precision measuring instruments and interpret technical documentation
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Willingness to continuously learn and grow in your trade
