Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician in Huntingdon, PA for a direct hire, onsite role. The position offers a yearly compensation range of $55,000.00 to $62,525.00 and a 40-hour work week.

You will maintain plant equipment using multi-craft mechanical and electrical skills, support maintenance tasks, and ensure safety and compliance across processes and tools. This role requires hands-on work onsite with physical tasks and documentation duties.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-craft mechanical/electrical ability.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and safety procedures.
• Computer proficiency for documentation/reporting.
• Able to work onsite and perform physical tasks with tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains plant equipment using mechanical/electrical journeyman skills.
• Handles process, equipment, and utility issues; performs preventive maintenance.
• Supports and guides craft and non-craft staff on maintenance tasks.
• Performs specialty-area duties and lower-skilled tasks as assigned.
• Operates precision tools and measuring instruments for repairs.
• Trains and evaluates production staff and qualification assessments.
• Maintains tools, ladders, and equipment; handles OSHA inspections/testing.
• Completes work orders, logs, checklists, requisitions, and OSHA/audit records.
• Cleans and maintains shared department areas; participates in housekeeping.
• Assists with substation and electrical equipment upkeep.
• Manages inventory, requisitions, and procurement of parts/supplies.
• Transports equipment, parts, supplies, and furniture as needed.
• Applies coatings/paint; performs general facility upkeep.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Applies multi-craft mechanical/electrical journeyman skills to maintain plant equipment

• Supports and guides craft and non-craft staff on maintenance tasks
• Performs specialty-area duties as assigned, including lower-skilled craft tasks
• Operates precision tools and measuring instruments for repairs
• Trains and evaluates production/craft personnel, including qualification assessments
• Maintains tools, ladders, and equipment; handles OSHA inspections/testing
