Job summary

System One Solutions in Latrobe, PA is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Reliability Technician (Manufacturing) to keep production and auxiliary equipment running through rapid troubleshooting, corrective repair, and rigorous PM execution.

You will interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics; log maintenance activities; perform mold setups; and assist with installation of new machinery and robotics. Onsite, 40 hours weekly, direct hire, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial maintenance/mechanical experience.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and electrical safety protocols.
• Ability to read and apply technical drawings/specifications.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory and work tracking.

Responsibilities

• Keep production and auxiliary equipment running via rapid troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Support production teams to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
• Maintain orderly maintenance shop and documentation standards.
• Perform mold setups; log maintenance and repair activities.
• Interpret electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic/mechanical schematics; isolate PLC faults.
• Work safely on energized systems across OSHA/NFPA 70 guidelines.
• Assist with installation and startup of new machinery, automation, and robotics.
• Manage spare parts inventory and escalate replenishment needs to Maintenance Manager.
