Staffmark Group is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for a Direct Hire on 2nd shift in Florence, KY. Compensation ranges from $62,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

The role requires robust electro-mechanical maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. Qualified candidates will have a technical degree or cert, 7+ years of experience, and the ability to read schematics.

Electro-Mechanical Technician -Direct Hire

Pay: $62,000-$90,000/year (Based on Experience)

Schedule: 2nd Shift

Education Requirements

• Technical degree, vocational certification, or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
• Training in PLCs, automation systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of Electro-Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or Manufacturing Maintenance experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with industrial machinery, electrical systems, and automated equipment.
• Experience working with pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems.
• PLC troubleshooting experience required; Rockwell and Siemens PLC experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair production equipment.
• Experience performing preventative and predictive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
