Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Basic mathematical skills for standard calculations.
  • Must pass Ramsay testing assessment.
  • Ability to quickly learn the organization’s production processes.
  • Intuitive, adaptable, creative and collaborative with strong communication.
  • Team-oriented and open to guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain equipment with the Maintenance and Operations teams.
  • Check settings, gauge readings, HMI, and sensors regularly.
  • Perform preventative maintenance per documented requirements.
  • Observe for abnormalities and address scheduled repairs.
  • Tighten bolts and inspect belts and chains for wear.
  • Replace belts, filters, and other parts as needed.
  • Grease and lubricate fittings, joints, and motors.
  • Disassemble and reassemble equipment per OEM specifications.

Job Summary

Electro‑Mechanical Technician responsible for maintaining the production equipment and machinery in proper operating order through preventative maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and basic repair. This multi‑craft position will be exposed to improvement activities and work with the Operations team to facilitate a Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) environment and machine ownership.

$29.50

Shift
  • B‑Shift 6:30pm – 7:15am or 6:45pm – 7:30am (Sun, Mon, Tue, alternating Wed)
  • D‑Shift 6:30pm – 7:15am or 6:45pm – 7:30am (alternating Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat)
Essential Duties
  • Works closely with Maintenance team members and Operations team members to maintain equipment.
  • Checks settings, gauge readings, Human Machine Interface (HMI), and sensors regularly to keep machines operating at appropriate specifications.
  • Performs regular preventative maintenance on machines according to documented requirements such as cleaning and lubricating shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts.
  • Completes visual and audible observations to detect any machine abnormalities and to address and create scheduled repairs.
  • Tightens bolts and inspects belts and chains for wear and tear for proper tensions.
  • Changes belts, filters, and other replaceable parts as needed.
  • Greases and/or lubricates fittings, joints, unions, and motors as required.
  • Performs complex cleaning activities on dismantled equipment and reassembles per OEM specifications.
MUST-HAVES
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, flexible environment and take the initiative to learn new tools and concepts quickly.
  • Proficiency in the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Basic mathematical skills with the ability to perform standard calculations.
  • Successfully pass a Ramsay testing assessment.
  • Ability to quickly learn the organization’s production processes.
  • Intuitive, adaptable, creative, and collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team‑oriented mindset with openness to learning and accepting guidance.
NICE-TO-HAVES
  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Completion of PECNA maintenance apprentice program.
  • Prior exposure to a manufacturing/production environment.
  • PLC experience.
  • Resilient, self‑motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
