Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex electro-mechanical tasks including design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting and assembly of electronics and electro-mechanical systems.
• Tests and troubleshoots system level and component level problems in electrical and mechanical systems and subsystems.
• Reads schematics and diagrams to perform testing and troubleshooting.
• Compiles logbooks and test procedures; assists in revising department procedures.
• May perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & vacuum testing on AMAT platforms per docs.
• Follows safety standards; maintains a safe, clean work environment and reports hazards.
• Becomes familiar with current manufacturing or engineering processes and supports improvements.
• Performs rework and helps determine remedies for malfunctions; generates Quality Notifications.
