Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Technician Electro-Mechanical I to support manufacturing operations by assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment. You will read blueprints, perform visual inspections, and ensure quality while adhering to safety standards.

You will work with advanced equipment, maintain records, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED and manufacturing exposure are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred (six months).
• Experience reading work instructions, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and parts lists.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical testing and assembly on equipment and components.
• Troubleshoot, assemble, disassemble, and test electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Inspect products visually for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and parts lists.
• Maintain production records and support manufacturing documentation processes.
• Follow Baker Hughes safety, quality standards and work instructions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
