Job summary

You will coordinate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain to deliver electro-mechanical medical devices meeting stringent regulatory standards. You’ll guide offshore teams and drive process improvements, DFx practices, and robust design methods to enhance reliability and reduce field failures across high-voltage power systems and embedded

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Biomedical Engineering or related field and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Direct cross-functional engineering teams with strategic guidance and mentorship across Mechanical, Hardware, Electrical, and Electronics.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and IEC standards including 60601-1, 60601-2-2, and EMC/ESD testing.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of engineers to meet cost, quality, reliability, and delivery goals.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial, Quality and Regulatory for process improvements.
• Lead offshore collaboration for launching electro-mechanical products and ensure regulatory compliance.
