Job summary

Nestlé is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Specialist II in Allentown, PA. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and modify production equipment with a focus on electrical and automation systems. Partner with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and support reliability.

The role requires a High School or GED plus 2+ years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience. The current shift is 6PM–6AM.

Responsibilities

• Utilize mechanical and electrical tools, diagnostic equipment, and safe maintenance practices to support equipment reliability.
• Analyze electrical control systems and apply industry standards to size components and wire control circuits.
• Perform basic rigging, mechanical maintenance, pipefitting, and welding tasks in an industrial environment.
• Apply mathematical concepts, technical data, and system documentation to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Communicate technical information effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain equipment and solve complex problems.

Just 65 miles from Center City Philadelphia, Allentown is near many major Northeastern U.S. cities, which makes it an ideal location for manufacturing and distributing consumer goods. As an Electro-Mechanical Specialist II, you will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and modify production equipment with a focus on electrical and automation systems. You will partner with production and maintenance personnel to quickly diagnose issues, implement corrective actions, and minimize downtime. You will assist with infrastructure, building, and grounds maintenance projects as required.

The current shift option for this role is 6PM-6AM.

• High School or GED Equivalent
• 2+ years of industrial electrical AND mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, military, or related environment required.

Pay: $41.89 per hour

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
