Job summary

Kitchen Fresh Foods in Ashwaubenon, WI is hiring an Electromechanical Reliability Technician (Packaging & Processing) to install, maintain, and repair production equipment on a 12-hour shift pattern (5:00 AM to 5:00 PM) as part of a 2-2-3 schedule. You will partner with operators to troubleshoot, execute scheduled repairs, and drive quick-turn fixes.

The role emphasizes problem solving across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with preventive maintenance and safe work

Qualifications

Facilities maintenance background required.
Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills required.
Pneumatics troubleshooting ability.
Experience with industrial electrical systems and blueprints.
LOTO compliance and safety-focused.
Equipment diagnostics and repair experience.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain plant equipment and production machinery.
Respond to unplanned breakdowns during runs, plus scheduled repairs.
Perform light machinist work to support quick-turn fixes.
Troubleshoot using mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Diagnose faults, replace parts, verify performance, and adjust.
Conduct preventive maintenance on machines and facility systems.
Assist with equipment teardown, sanitation, and reassembly to speed changeovers.
Lead by teaching operators basic PM and adjustments to boost efficiency.
Assist with launching new lines and testing new products/packaging.
