Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 3–5 years of hands-on electro-mechanical testing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hardware testing, validation, or reliability engineering.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, Arduino, SOLIDWORKS, and Fusion 360.
• Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex test plans with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact within the Hardware Test Engineering Team across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Automation teams.
• Execute test plans, support test fixture assembly, analyze data, and monitor strain gauges and sway table testing.
• Maintain active test floors and drive operations to deliver high-quality results consistently.
