Job summary

Plymouth Tube Trent is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (11pm–7am) to safely keep equipment dependable and available. You will pursue repairs and process changes to minimize downtime and improve mean time between failures.

The role requires PLC experience (Allen Bradley), mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and welding exposure as part of a hands-on maintenance team. Safety training and PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• 2 Year Electro-Mechanical Technical Degree or Equivalent.
• Must have experience with Allen Bradley PLCs; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Increase runtime of the facility through proactive maintenance.
• Execute PM, proactive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and perform corrective actions.
• Perform Work Order execution and root cause analysis.
• Install and improve equipment.
• Support hazardous waste management and compliance tasks.
• Complete required safety training and PPE usage.
