Baltimore Aircoil Company is seeking an Electro‑Mechanical Plant Systems Technician to support operational reliability on a manufacturing floor. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems, and document activities to ensure safety and efficiency.

You’ll read technical manuals and schematics, support changeovers, and participate in lean initiatives while maintaining maintenance records and collaborating with the team across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance or related industrial mechanical experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical and electrical systems; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams and use a DMM.
• Competence with fractional/decimal math.
• Comfort working with digital work instructions and forms.
• Adaptable, flexible, and clear in verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on critical manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission components.
• Respond to breakdowns, execute changeovers, and complete benchwork (rebuilds, cleaning, operational checks).
• Read and apply technical manuals, specs, shop drawings, and schematics.
• Complete seasonal and facility equipment checks; take non‑standard hours as needed.
• Capably support safety, quality checks, and maintain clear maintenance records.

As an Electro‑Mechanical Plant Systems Technician, you’ll support operations under the direction of the Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Technician, ensuring equipment runs safely, efficiently, and consistently—while documenting your work and following established processes.
